How does the free tier work?

You can sign up and start using Trackout immediately with up to 2 trucks and 20 truck requests per month — no credit card required. When you're ready for more, upgrade to a paid plan anytime.
What counts as a "truck" on my plan?

A truck is any vehicle you add to your fleet. Trailers and pull-behinds are not trucks. Basically if it has an engine or motor that propels it, it's a truck. The Base Build plan includes up to 5 vehicles. On the Co-Build plan the first 5 trucks are included, and additional trucks are billed at a per-vehicle rate.
Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
Do drivers need their own subscription?

No. Driver accounts are always free. They download the Trackout mobile app and are invited by the fleet owner — no separate subscription needed.
How does live tracking work?

Drivers share their location through the Trackout mobile app. Contractors and fleet managers see real-time truck positions on an interactive map, including ETA and geofence alerts.
Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard authentication and never share your data with third parties.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoiced billing — contact sales for details.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription from the Settings page, and you'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
